Replacing the LCD Bezel

I have had an ASUS N53Jf-XE1 notebook for one month. I recently saw that the LCD bezel was scratched from the material that was between the keyboard and the LCD. I would like to replace the LCD.

1. Can ASUS replace this (for free or at a cost)?
2. If not, are there professional external dealers who can replace this?
3. If not, where should I get the part from to replace it? The best I have is , but I do not know the difference between the parts. Is it easy to replace?
