Is IE9 really ready to be used

Please note, I'm not sure if my original messages posted? the usual response to confirm didn't show? I was hoping to be encouraged on word of the new IE9. I see that its a problem with online bank usage? I subscribe to Kim Kamando and it sounded good to me other than the negative I found here on the bank issue. Kamando speaks highly of the new version and suggests installing without regrets. Can anyone confirm a postive "go" on that?
