Anyone have experience with nintendo repair service?

I just sent my DS in for repair (it had 3 dead pixels) and when it came back it had the same problem and the top (the part that has the nintendo logo) was moderately scratched, any advice on what I should do (the DS was repaired under warranty)?

We offer instruction guides and even a Nintendo Repair service for those who are interested in getting their NES working again. We also have some products for self-repair for those who want to fix their NES and NES games on their own.

I got a bad system there and they wouldn't return it, so I bought a new 72 Pinn connector from www.DKOldies.com and they helpped me to get it working again. Their prices and free shipping are much better too.

I bought a system from the nintendo repair shop a year ago and it is still working today. They were really good to work with trying to figure out what games to get for my son, and they shipped quick.

I had the same issue with my daughter's DS lite, unfortunately mine was not covered under warranty, so I was going to take to our local store in Chicago, (Chicago gadgets store) but I called and they offered me mail in service. I sent it to them and received it back 3 days after. If you are in Chicago take it or mail it to them. chicagogadgets.com. They also fixed my son's PSP's screen. Hope that helps.

Thank you!
